This
page is dedicated to the accomplishments of Midwest Academy of
Target Shooting students who have gone on to achieve great things
in the world outside
of sports.
We congratulate these achievements.
The
mission of MATS goes beyond preparing Olympic Target Shooting
athletes for competitive tournament performance. To
us, success means a great deal more than scoring a "10" because
from our experience, the best Olympic Target Shooting athletes
are also some of the most successful people in life in general.
We sincerely hope that all our students take the mental skills,
training,
and discipline acquired during their time with us, and apply
it to attain higher degrees of success in their business, relationships,
and to gain more joy and fulfillment in your life.

"Best on the Street" 2007 Analysts Survey by the Wall Street
Journal recognized Henry Coffey as the #2
analyst in Consumer & Specialty
Finance. An excerpt follows:
"Henry Coffey of Ferris, Baker Watts Inc.
in Baltimore, who was in second place, says picking companies
in strong niches was
key, but so was good timing. 'A lot of stocks got ahead of themselves
during the year,' he says. 'Some would then have a little bit of
negative news and see a selloff, but that also made it easy for
investors to get back in.'" |
